About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Front End US Expansion Construction organization. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Senior Director, driving organizational alignment, executive operations, and strategic initiatives across major expansion projects. This role is pivotal in influencing key decisions, accelerating project execution, and improving organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced growth environment. Responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, leading operating rhythms, developing executive communications, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in construction, program management, or a related discipline. The role requires a proven track record in leading complex initiatives, supporting senior executives, and driving organizational priorities to completion. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale capital construction projects, as well as an MBA or advanced degree and professional certifications. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, and other executive reporting systems.
