A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Global Payroll (Remote - East Coast US). Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries Oversee day-to-day payroll operations and manage payroll tax reporting Lead and develop the Payroll Team while collaborating with Finance, People Ops, and Legal Required Qualifications A minimum of 6 years of hands-on payroll experience with multi-national payrolls Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred Professional payroll certification is preferred Experience leading or managing a team Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll platforms such as CloudPay or ADP
