Client Solutions Associate (7 Openings) Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite | San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY Direct Hire / Permanent Placement We are seeking high‑energy, client‑minded professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, communicate exceptionally well, and enjoy owning projects from start to finish. These hires will play a front‑line role connecting clients with subject matter experts, driving successful research outcomes, and partnering cross‑functionally to improve operations and product experience. Key Responsibilities Match clients with qualified subject matter experts based on research needs, urgency, and project objectives Manage projects end‑to‑end from intake through sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and completion Build relationships with both clients and experts to ensure strong service levels and repeat engagement Conduct outreach using internal databases, referrals, and external sourcing channels Track project metrics, response rates, feedback, and completion quality Maintain a high‑performing expert network through proactive engagement and quality control Share customer feedback and frontline insights with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams Improve internal workflows and help refine scalable operating processes as the business grows Deliver a high‑touch client experience while managing multiple priorities simultaneously Required Qualifications 0–4 years of professional experience ; strong new graduates with leadership experience encouraged to apply Bachelor's degree required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation with confidence in client‑facing interactions High ownership mindset with ability to solve problems independently Resourceful, competitive, and motivated by performance goals Ability to thrive in startup pace environments with changing priorities Strong organization and multitasking skills Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered Preferred Qualifications Prior startup experience Customer success, account management, recruiting, hospitality, consulting, or client‑facing backgrounds Demonstrated leadership in college through athletics, clubs, TA roles, student government, or entrepreneurial activity Strong curiosity across industries and professional functions Experience exceeding metrics, quotas, or service KPIs Scrappy self‑starter mentality with strong follow‑through Desire for rapid career progression into senior or management tracks Disqualifiers Poor communication or weak client‑facing presence Passive work style with limited ownership mentality Inability to multitask in fast‑paced environments Frequent job changes without clear rationale or progression Low urgency or low accountability mindset HireNow Package Bonuses: Fully uncapped monthly bonus structure; top performers often add $2,000–$3,000+ monthly First‑Year Earnings: Top performers can approach $100,000 total compensation Promotion Path: High performers often promoted to Senior CSA within 6 months with $88,000 base + higher bonus structure Equity: Included Benefits: Fully covered medical, dental, vision; gym membership benefits; 15 PTO days + holidays + additional tenure PTO; annual company offsite Flexibility: 5 weeks fully remote annually + hybrid schedule Work Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY Employment Type: Full‑time / Direct Hire Disclaimer All candidate information is handled confidentially and evaluated against defined requirements.
