1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants A growing and innovative client in Central Oregon is looking to add a Senior Panel Fabricator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hit the ceiling in their current role and is ready to take on more responsibility, with the potential to move into a Shop Manager role within 2–3 years. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and assemble UL-certified electrical control panels Interpret wiring diagrams and layout schematics Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Operate a forklift (license preferred) Work independently with minimal supervision Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely project completion Utilize AutoCAD for reading and making minor modifications to panel layout drawings Occasionally work overtime (average once per month) Required Qualifications: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience building UL-listed control panels Strong understanding of panel layout, wiring, and assembly best practices Forklift experience or valid forklift license Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic software Working knowledge of AutoCAD Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail Eagerness to grow into a leadership role Preferred (Not Required): Experience with laser engravers, 3D printing, or CNC platforms Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Relocation assistance for the right candidate This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fabricator looking to take the next step in their career.
