Learning Programs Lead - Agent Certification & Growth

Liveops is seeking a Learning Leader to oversee and continuously improve learning programs that certify agents and drive performance. You will develop the team, establish standards, and ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes across the agent lifecycle.

You will partner with Sales, Client Success and other teams to launch programs, assess risk, and implement improvements while maintaining high-quality learning experiences across modalities.
