As a Registered Nurse in this role, you‘ll be part of an exceptional Interdisciplinary Care Team, utilizing clinical pathways and patient education to achieve positive patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Engage in life-long learning through certifications and advanced practice
• Demonstrate leadership and serve as a clinical resource and role model
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams
• Enhance time management skills to contribute to team performance
• Perform duties consistent with unit-specific objectives

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in Med Surg setting
• Level II or I Trauma level experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Michigan RN license verification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Every other weekend availability
