Supply Quality Engineer II

We\'re looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer III to drive supplier quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement across a global manufacturing environment. In this role, you\'ll partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, capacity, and operational requirements while supporting successful product launches and ongoing production. What You\'ll Be Doing Lead supplier quality initiatives to support new product launches and production readiness Manage APQP, PPAP, supplier performance reviews, and escalation activities Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, and operational risks while implementing corrective and preventive actions Conduct supplier audits, SAT reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve quality and delivery issues Monitor supplier compliance with company standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements Develop supplier performance metrics, facilitate improvement workshops, and support supplier development through coaching and mentoring What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field 5–7 years of Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality Engineering experience Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, supplier development, and supplier quality management Experience with quality systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and VDA 6.3 Background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys working directly with suppliers, driving operational excellence, and improving manufacturing quality across the supply chain. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mainz Brady Group
