What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, within the scope of practice
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and delegated staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication of patient status
• Educate patients and families about care, discharge instructions, and health management
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

What You Need

• Required: Active RN license in Louisiana, BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of medical/surgical RN experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area
