Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description: 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician Location: Elkhart, IN Starting Pay Range: $25-$35/hr.+ (based on experience) Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Expect 40-50 hours/week Responsibilities: As a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by handling:
- Preventive maintenance : Regular inspections and service on equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Breakdowns : Fast, effective repair response
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose issues using schematics, multimeters, blueprints, and tools
- Repairs : Motors, conveyors, belts, pipefitting, steam/water systems
- Safety : Follow strict protocols (LOTO), participate in audits
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills are a must
- Proactive, organized, and safety-minded
- Strong communicator with a sense of urgency
- Willing to work occasional Saturday mornings for preventive maintenance or projects
