We are seeking a dynamic, hands on leader to oversee all aspects of our fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC) operations supporting Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). This role is responsible for managing two warehouse facilities serving the McNamara and Evans terminals while leading a high-performing team of supervisors and logistics specialists.

Requirements for a Warehouse Operations General Manager:

• 5+ years of experience in 3PL logistics, airport, or warehouse environments with hands-on employee and team management.
• Proven leadership skills in managing supervisors and warehouse/logistics teams, including hiring, development, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other media.
• Data-driven decision-making with experience in quantitative analysis and developing action plans to achieve targets.
• Ability to meet physical and travel requirements, including lifting to 75 pounds, safe driving, passing background checks, and potential relocation.
