We are seeking reliable and hardworking Porters to join the Mount Southington team. This role is essential in keeping our property clean, safe, and functional for guests and staff. Ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work and being outdoors—especially in a mountain environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and dining areas.Perform daily groundskeeping tasks such as trash pickup, sweeping/clearing sidewalks, and maintaining exterior spaces.Take out garbage and manage waste disposal around the property, including dumpsters and compactor areas.Assist with general operational tasks, which may include moving equipment, directing traffic, or helping with on-mountain logistics.Support maintenance staff with light repairs, unit turnover, and other facility needs as directed.Monitor property conditions and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to a supervisor.Ensure proper use, care, and storage of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.Must be 18 years of age or older.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mount Southington Restaurant and Lounge
