You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic exercises and modalities to restore function and relieve pain. You will document progress, collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, and participate in care conferences to ensure coordinated patient care. Experience in skilled nursing or post‑acute care is preferred, and strong communication and clinical skills are important.
