Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience: At least a high school diploma (or equivalent) At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment Experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred, but if you have experience using/supporting an accounting/billing application, that's just as golden Excellent verbal soft skills, and ability to assist all customers with their requests Strong working knowledge of hardware, networks, and other generally techy stuff Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handle customer inbound tickets, calls and emails as needed using excellent verbal and written communication skills Contribute to our knowledgebase Provide assistance across all departments Complete other customer service related projects as assigned Inject a good measure of fun into the team every day #J-18808-Ljbffr
