Commercial Operations Manager

The Role This is a hybrid commercial + operations role. Half of it is owning and growing a portfolio of smaller wholesale accounts, building pipeline, running outreach, and closing orders. The other half is making the machine behind those orders work: coordinating warehouse fulfilment, managing international shipments, and keeping the export and customs process clean. You'll report to the Sales Manager and sit at the centre of a process we're actively redesigning.
