Cooperative Home Care is looking for a Client Services Supervisor to lead coordination for our Personal Care Services team in our Crystal City office. In this role, you'll be at the center of it all-connecting clients with the right caregivers, supporting field staff, and driving performance against key metrics that truly matter.

Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

Responsibilities:

• Effectively use reporting tools to identify and fix schedule issues
• Interview caregivers and promptly assign new hires to cases
• Quickly process new referrals and connect them with caregivers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management (strongly preferred)
• Time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
