Current Public Trust preferred
Eligible for Public Trust Level 3
7+ years of experience working as a business analyst in professional setting
2+ years of experience working on process improvement projects
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow optimization, and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with vetting systems 'Elis' or 'Global' is preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong documentation skills
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills
Bachelor's Degree



DUTIES :
The ideal candidate will be supporting the a Federal client as they build out a new Vetting system that will integrate older systems into one platform to be use across the agency
Work closely with both management and development teams to formulate and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards
Oversee initial requirement gathering efforts for new project
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
Conducts analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation of requirements into proper system requirement specifications
