With the launch of a brand new food program, Bar Lunette is looking for a creative and quality driven PM Prepper and Cook looking to have fun, while working in a casual and stress free kitchen! Working alongside Chef Obsidian, you'll be creating and preparing the bars night food menu with room for your own creativity to shine and be brought to life with an emphasis on creative freedom.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Able to commit 20hrs (two 10hr shifts) between Fridays and Saturdays.
• A good and consistent work ethic.
• Possesses a passion about food in all aspects of taste, presentation, quality, and all expectations described by Chef Obsidian.
• A growth mindset of continuous improvements.

PM Prepper and Cook responsibilities:

• Arrive on time for shift and close kitchen (1pm-11pm).
• Prepping recipes in accordance to their written instructions.
• Putting away food deliveries (Fridays).
• Setting up your station for a successful service.
• Maintaining proper food and health safety.
• Maintain tickets during service, while also preparing the ordered food for our patrons in the bar.
• Walking the food to the proper guests.
• Running, drying, and storing all bar food related dishes and prep dishes.
• Any and all catering related tasks.
• Staying busy during downtime with prepping bar food, our cafe menu, or by completing listed tasks.
• Cleaning and closing the kitchen.

• Pay range of $18-$20 (based off work performance).
• Five days off and two days on, 20hr work week.

We do require a working interview for the position of two hours of which you will be compensated for. This position will open come August 20th so apply before its filled!
