Location: Minnesota

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 12V Electrician (Low Voltage Electrical Assembler) to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, route, and assemble low-voltage electrical systems for emergency response vehicles, working from blueprints, schematics, and wire diagrams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical assembly, wiring, automotive electrical, or low-voltage experience looking to build a long-term career with a stable and reputable manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• Route and install low-voltage wiring systems by interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Connect lights, hose reels, control systems, and other electrical accessories according to specifications.
• Fabricate electrical boxes, mounting brackets, and support components as required.
• Assemble and build wire harnesses for electrical system integration.
• Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and assembly teams to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
• Utilize hand tools and assembly equipment to complete electrical and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Verify proper wire routing, labeling, securing, and overall quality of installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical assembly issues during production.
• Support production schedules and help meet manufacturing and delivery targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding project status and potential issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in low-voltage wiring, electrical assembly, automotive electrical work, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wyoming, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
