Opportunity:


RN - ICU


Job Details:


• Work 12-hour variable shifts
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• Float to alike units within skillset and to other locations within a 40-mile radius, including Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River facilities
• Floating can and will be pre-scheduled when needed
• Can be placed on low census call
• Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Prior critical access and rural experience highly preferred
• Pediatric patients may include occasional pediatric surgical patients such as ENT or orthopedic cases
• Charting experience with EPIC preferred but not required
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color: Any

This hospital is a critical access and rural healthcare facility providing comprehensive inpatient and specialty care services to the surrounding community. The ICU operates with a 1:2 patient ratio and serves a diverse patient population including occasional pediatric surgical cases. The facility is part of a larger health system with multiple locations in the region, offering staff the opportunity to float between sites and gain varied clinical experience.
