Principles and procedures for culinary equipment operation, routine maintenance, and cleaning. Ability to read, follow instructions and record information according to policies and systems. Strong verbal and written communication in English. Physical Requirements Physical condition to tolerate standing for long periods: cutting, stirring, bending, reaching, climbing, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing up to 200 lbs. Regularly necessary to talk, hear, taste and smell. Specific vision requirements include distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
