Forklift Operator / Order Selector 3rd Shift

We are seeking a dependable 3rd Shift Forklift Operator / Order Selector to join a growing warehouse and distribution operation. This role primarily involves operating a stand-up forklift to perform order selecting, along with regular manual material handling, including lifting and moving product by hand. This is a hands-on, physically active position requiring reliability, strong communication skills, and attention to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to perform order selecting
• Use RF scanners to accurately pick and track inventory
• Manually lift, carry, and move 2550 lb bags of material as part of daily operations
• Load, stage, and organize product for shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow picking procedures
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Prior forklift operating experience
• Ability to lift and carry 2550 pounds regularly
• Order selecting or picking experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry throughout the entire shift
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience (training available if needed)
• Warehouse or distribution center experience
• RF scanner experience
• Inventory management experience

• 90-Day / 520-Hour Contract-to-Hire period
