Role Summary Warren Barr North Shore is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to manage operations on a nursing unit in Highland Park, IL. The manager will supervise clinical staff, provide guidance, maintain infection prevention practices, create a positive culture, and ensure adequate staffing for residents. Key Responsibilities The Nurse Supervisor will: assist with supervising all clinical staff; provide guidance and education; instill a positive and inclusive facility culture; ensure infection prevention practices are maintained; ensure adequate staffing for resident needs. Qualifications Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse license. CPR certification. Minimum 2 years RN experience.
