Assistant ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Giovanni's. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the restaurant industry.Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operationsSupervise and train staff membersEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionManage inventory and ordering suppliesHandle customer inquiries and complaintsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:Previous experience in a supervisory roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of restaurant operationsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
