Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at our Dallas UAC, you'll run the day-to-day of a high-volume reverse logistics operation — receiving, sorting, dispositioning, and moving returned product back into the supply chain. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll direct a team of 20–50 supervisors and frontline associates, own disposition accuracy and throughput, and serve as the primary point of contact for the customers we recover value for. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. Leadership Experience: 3+ years of operations, site, or warehouse management experience. Team Management: Proven track record of leading and developing teams of 20+ employees in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Financial Oversight: Direct experience with P&L (Profit & Loss) or cost-center management is required.
