EPE USA is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team!

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

What you will do:

• Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targets
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms
• Manage inventory and supplies of internet products and alerts supervisor of potential issues
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly
• Assist with building and assembling product
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Enter orders into NetSuite weekly; track all orders via delivery software
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation
• Schedule pickup of orders daily to USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• Drive and deliver finished goods using company van
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspace
• Support and complies with all company policies and safety requirements
• Assist with miscellaneous projects in various departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

• GED certificate or high school diploma
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or distribution preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems; NetSuite experience preferred
• Current valid driver's license required with a clean driving record
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
