What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and cloud environments including O365, Azure, and AWS
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
• Document legacy processes and extract institutional knowledge to improve team efficiency
• Identify repetitive support tasks and recommend automation or self-service solutions
• Provision and support users, devices, and applications, including onboarding, offboarding, and system access

What Gets You the Job: Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including O365, Azure, Windows Server, and Intune
• Experience supporting a wide range of IT systems including networking, AV, and end-user devices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train non-technical users
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-changing environment
