W2 Dry Van Company Driver - State College, PA

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although there may be instances where 2-week periods occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is meticulously maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, carrying the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads incorporate 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on their hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 per week. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily, our operations are east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers with the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.
