We are looking to hire an RV Resort Maintenance/Security Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the daily upkeep and maintenance of the property along with overseeing the security staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain park facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Board of Directors and office
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Oversee (distribute mail, security, custodial duties, etc.)
- Scheduling of maintenance/security staff
- Occasional weekends maybe needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields, experience in RV resorts and campgrounds a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Basic computer skills including Excel
- Good communication skills
- Oversee outside vendors and obtain best quotes for park services that may be needed
- Pay based on experience
