Quality Review Specialist - Resolution Team (MCS)

Stewart, a global real‑estate services company, is seeking a Quality Review Specialist to support field operations outside core Escrow and Title Operations. The role engages directly in the real‑estate transaction process (prior, in progress, and post‑closing) for clients. Summary The Quality Review Specialist ensures all data stored in client files and company systems is error‑free and accurate, reviews quality reports to identify trends and root causes, recommends changes, and implements quality processes to keep operations of the highest quality. Responsibilities Perform quality review of client file data and production system information. Analyze quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes. Recommend changes based on trend analysis and root cause findings. Participate in implementing quality processes to maintain the highest quality of operations. Assist in departmental processes and perform a wide range of support functions. Follow defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities. Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and team members. Work under direct supervision with little autonomy and perform all other duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of related work experience. Benefits Competitive benefits package including health and wellness insurance options.
