• Tue, Wed, Fri: 9 am - 7 pm; Mon-Fri: various; Sat: 10 am - 6 pm
• 25 - 35 patients per day with a goal of 40 PPD
• True urgent care setting -- walk-ins accepted
• Wound care, rapid testing, and cancer screenings required
• Pap smears preferred
• FMLA and disability documentation required
• No procedure room on site
