Ganancias promedio de $1,300 - $1,600 por semana + bonos.

Beneficios/Pago:

Los conductores trabajan como contratistas independientes.
Pago semanal transparente: Pagamos una vez por semana mediante transferencia ACH/Wire (*depósito directo), comenzando desde la primera semana.

Camiones para llevar a casa: Los conductores pueden llevar su camión asignado a casa.

Requisitos:

Licencia CDL Clase A y tarjeta médica vigente.
Tener al menos 23 años de edad.
Preferiblemente vivir dentro de un radio de 50 millas.
Los registros MVR y PSP deben estar razonablemente limpios.
No estar bloqueado en el DOT Clearinghouse.
Resultado negativo en prueba de drogas.
Sin condenas graves en la verificación de antecedentes penales.
Flexibilidad.

Responsabilidades:

Operar de manera segura una variedad de camiones y equipos pesados.
Carga sin manipulación (No Touch Freight).
Seguir rutas y horarios específicos para garantizar entregas eficientes.
Realizar inspecciones y mantenimiento rutinario de los vehículos para asegurar que estén en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento.
Cumplir con todas las leyes y regulaciones de tránsito al operar vehículos.
Mantener registros precisos de entregas, millaje y consumo de combustible.
Comunicarse con despachadores o supervisores para reportar cualquier problema o retraso en las entregas.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en conducción comercial.
Experiencia operando equipo pesado.
Conocimiento de diferentes tipos de camiones, incluidos tractocamiones, dry vans y reefers.
