Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in an AL/IL outpatient clinic.

• Setting: AL/IL outpatient clinic.
