Are you passionate about RVs and have a knack for customer service? We're seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our dynamic RV dealership team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things RV parts, helping customers find exactly what they need to keep their adventures rolling.
As an RV Parts Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in our dealership's success by providing exceptional service and expert knowledge to our customers. You'll manage inventory, assist with parts selection, and work closely with our service department to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in identifying and selecting appropriate RV parts and accessories
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure proper parts are available for repairs
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on new products and industry trends
- Strong knowledge of RV components and systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Sales experience in the automotive or RV industry preferred
