What You'll Do:

• Execute daily food preparation for our popular shawarma, gyros, fresh salads, and hot entrees
• Manage multiple stations efficiently while upholding speed and accuracy
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and workspaces meet cleanliness protocols
• Work alongside a talented crew to deliver consistent, guest-pleasing results
• Contribute ideas for operational improvements and menu execution

Qualifications:

• Prior line cook experience in a similar restaurant concept is a plus
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and portion control
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
