Now Hiring: Paraprofessionals & Behavior Technicians (BTs) – Riverside, CA
Join our team and help students reach their full potential! We're actively hiring compassionate and experienced Paraprofessionals and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in PreK–12 school settings throughout Riverside, CA.
Position Details
Paraprofessional Pay: $22–$26/hour
Behavior Technician (BT) Pay: $25–$28/hour
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
Comfortable working with students in both 1:1 and classroom environments
Experience supporting students with:
Aggressive behaviors
Elopement
Nonverbal communication needs
Toileting and diapering
Feeding assistance
Ability to remain patient, flexible, and supportive in a variety of educational settings
Student Population
PreK–12
Work with students with a wide range of disabilities and behavioral needs
