Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers in an understandable manner and plan for discharge when medical necessity ends. Participate in departmental initiatives and communicate effectively with all rehabilitation team members. Facilitate professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance. Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and design of program delivery. Qualifications Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
