At Lee Plummer Goosehead Insurance, we are building a high-performance sales team focused on growth, relationships, and results. Our agency is designed for driven individuals who want to take control of their income, build a strong book of business, and thrive in a sales-focused environment.

We are seeking a licensed or license-ready Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated, competitive, and eager to grow within a proven sales model.

What You’ll Do

This is a sales-dominant role ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and closing business.

• Generate new business through Centers of Influence (COIs) including realtors, mortgage lenders, and local business professionals

• Identify and convert opportunities within an existing book of business
  
• Build and maintain referral partnerships to create consistent lead flow

• Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)

• Deliver a consultative sales experience focused on client needs and coverage education

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license OR willingness to obtain (with our support)

• Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn through performance

• Comfortable networking, prospecting, and building community relationships

• Ability to work both warm leads and self-generated opportunities
  
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence in closing

• Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
