We work on bumper-to-bumper repairs for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Job Description: Consolidated Truck Parts & Service is looking for an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team! We work on bumper-to-bumper repairs for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other truck systems
- Perform safety inspections and preventive maintenance
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
- Accurately complete work orders and documentation
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in continuous training and improvement initiatives
- 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver's license (required); CDL a plus or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be team-oriented and customer-focused
