Area Maintenance Manager

As an Area Maintenance Manager at Amazon in our Transportation & Logistics network, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure maximum uptime of material handling and sortation systems across your site. You’ll own preventive and predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and drive root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability, safety, and throughput. Partnering closely with Operations and Engineering, you’ll use data, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies to prioritize work, manage vendors and budgets, and deliver world-class performance in a fast-paced environment.
