This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Responsibilities Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with crew and next shift managers for smooth transitions. Achieve target metrics and help departments meet their goals. Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability. Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions.
