Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that cater to individual circumstances.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy through secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of care are maintained.

  • Work closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, documenting progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance outcomes.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to each client's unique preferences and challenges, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to organizational standards as well as state and federal regulations, to monitor client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and various mental health conditions. Our approach emphasizes cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by different communities, particularly those in Texas. This role provides an essential service to clients who may not have regular access to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field with a focus on mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
