This position is responsible for engaging with customers in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner, helping them find home dcor solutions that align with their personal style. The Sales Ambassador thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and demonstrates a passion for home design and customer satisfaction.

Create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience by building genuine relationships with customers.

Help customers discover pieces that reflect their style and meet their needswhether they're refreshing a room or furnishing a new home.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting connections.

Collaborate with your team to meet personal and store sales goals while delivering elevated customer experiences.

Stay up to date on current design trends and product knowledge through training and self-guided learning.

Use in-store tools and systems to process transactions, check inventory, and manage customer orders.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that reflects the GW Home brand.

Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team and store success.

Other duties may be assigned.

Prior retail sales experience, especially in furniture or home furnishings, is a plus but not mandatory.

A passion for furniture and interior design, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and earning customer trust.

A strong customer service focus, dedicated to providing a positive and unforgettable shopping experience.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficiency in using computers for placing orders and processing credit applications.

Exceptional listening skills and adept at resolving problems efficiently.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, to best serve our customers and support team needs not to exceed 40 hours in a workweek.

Ability to move around the store during the entire shift.

May require the ability to lift and/or move, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
