The Busser supports the front-of-house team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role is essential for keeping the restaurant floor running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

The Busser supports the front-of-house team by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role is essential for keeping the restaurant floor running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.
- Remove dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
- Arrange tables and chairs upon guest's departure.
- Sweeps around and under each table/chair upon guests' departure.
- Cleans highchairs and booster seats. Remove seats from tables when not in use.
- Cleans handrails and steps on a regular basis. Ensures areas are free of hazards.
- Completes all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
- Refill water glasses and assist servers with beverage or food delivery when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
- Set tables with proper utensils, napkins, and other necessary items.
- Restock server stations with supplies such as silverware, napkins, condiments, and glassware.
- Support servers by responding promptly to guest needs and special requests.
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
