Leading ideation, technical development, and launch of new products. Establishing a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product execution. Managing application suite of 3-5 projects (stable mature products/applications) per year.Required Job Qualifications:* Bachelor Degree and 7 years Information Technology experience OR 11 years Information Technology experience.* 3 years management experience*Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product strategies, roadmap development, and measurable outcomes.*Experience managing application portfolios and technology products supporting critical business capabilities.* Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).* Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).* Experience in integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns (MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven architectures).* Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.* Experience in knowledge of product-specific application architecture.* Experience in solution architecture.* Ability to tie together solutions across systems.* Application domain knowledge.* Program and/or project management.* Ability to influence.* Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions.* Adaptability and/or ability to manage change.* Creative thinking.* Leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high performing teams* Problem solving / analytical thinking.* Teamwork and collaboration.Preferred Job Qualifications:* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology* Experience managing cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Operations teams.* Experience with program and project management, resource planning, and delivery governance.* Experience defining and tracking product KPIs, operational metrics, and business value realization.* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making across business and technology organizations.* Ability to prioritize investments, manage competing priorities, and make strategic trade-off decisions.* Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and strategic technology initiatives.* Experience leading digital transformation, cloud modernization, and application rationalization efforts.* Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration strategies.* Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies, including evaluating and implementing AI-enabled capabilities within products and business processes.* Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and related productivity platforms.* Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investment decisions.* Demonstrate ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams around business outcomes.* Experience leading organizational changes, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with executive leadership.* Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.* Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Are you being referred to one of our roles?
