What You'll Do

Provide outstanding service by processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, safety deposit boxes, and account inquiries.

Balance and maintain the vault, ATM, and other branch equipment.

Help resolve customer questions and provide solutions with a positive attitude.

Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth daily branch operations.

Complete required training and follow bank policies and security procedures.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
