Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and availability for Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents.
• Handle tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when required.
• Participate in on-call and major incident support activities
• Support hybrid network environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Support data center network operations and maintenance
