• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,510 - $4,160
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Coverage Period: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts with weekday coverage
• Hours per Week: 36
• Call: No call required
• Weekend Coverage: Not required
• Average Surgical Caseload: 2-6 surgical cases per day
• Healthcare Setting: Inpatient operating room supporting adult gynecologic surgery and robotic procedures

• Active New Jersey state license required at time of submission
• Board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) or RNFA required
• First Assist Certification with Robot required
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS or ATCN certifications required (AHA)
• At least 1 year of relevant surgical or first-assist experience required; no new graduates
• Robotic gynecologic surgery experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Cerner/Oracle EMR preferred
• NPDB Self-Query report completed within the last 30 days required at presentation

• Provide clinical first-assist support for robotic gynecologic surgeries
• Work side-by-side with the surgeon in a collaborative operating room setting
• Assist with case preparation, intraoperative support, and case completion for adult gynecologic procedures
• Support efficient case flow and help maintain a smooth surgical day
• Document care and coordinate workflow in the Cerner/Oracle EMR system
