Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician Assistant

Opportunity: Advanced Practice - Cardiac Surgery

Job Details:

Board Certified or Board Eligible required

Day shift Monday through Friday with weekend rounding once a month

Call requirements include 1 day during the week and 1 weekend per month plus holiday rotation

Patient volume of 2 patients

Open Heart experience required

Endovascular Vein Harvesting experience required

Must be proficient in pulling chest tubes, pacing wires, and IABP

Duties include consults, discharges, and rounding in ICU and stepdown units

EMR system: Meditech/Patient Keeper
