Responsibilities As a healthcare professional in a clinical facility, the L&D RN will provide specialized care for labor and delivery patients, ensuring safe and compassionate care. Responsibilities include monitoring fetal heart rates, managing labor progression, and responding to patient needs with clinical expertise. Assess laboring patients and monitor fetal heart rates using EFM equipment Administer medications and interventions as per hospital protocols Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Apply now to take the next step in your journey.
