Cardio Care Projects Manager: Multi-Site Integration

USHP

US Health Partners in Greenbelt, MD is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to oversee the integration and expansion of our cardiovascular practice network in an in-office role. This position requires coordinating multi-site buildouts, managing project plans, and aligning stakeholders across clinical and administrative teams to ensure patient-centered care.
